I was born and raised right here in Peoria, IL, and that local connection has shaped how I approach my work. My journey started at Bradley University, where I attended on a basketball scholarship and graduated in 1978. Those years instilled discipline, teamwork, and commitment, values I continue to bring into my work every day.
